A transaction-focused check of quotation consistency, supplier standing, asset suitability and visible inflation or relationship concerns.
What we test
An apparently strong borrower does not cure a weak transaction. We compare the quotation, equipment description, productive purpose, expected life and proposed term. We also check the supplier’s visible trading footprint, company particulars, invoice consistency and disclosed relationship to the applicant.
Red flags can include unexplained price differences, vague serialisation, mismatched banking details, a recently formed supplier, circular ownership or equipment whose useful life is shorter than the facility.
Boundaries
This is a documentary and open-source review, not a physical inspection, certified valuation or guarantee of title. Where condition, existence or market value is material, we recommend an independent inspector or valuer.
