Information we collect
The enquiry form collects name, email, selected review type and message. During an engagement we may receive business contact details and applicant records necessary for the agreed equipment finance review. We ask visitors not to submit identity documents or financial records through the public form.
Purpose and lawful basis
We process information to answer enquiries, conduct conflict checks, contract and bill, perform the requested review, maintain professional records, protect systems, comply with law and pursue legitimate business interests. Where consent is the appropriate basis, it may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Sharing and operators
Information may be shared with vetted hosting, secure file-transfer, communications and professional-service providers acting under appropriate duties; with an agreed specialist; or where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
International transfers
Some service providers may store or support data outside South Africa. We assess the provider and use contractual or other safeguards required by the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) before such transfer.
Retention and security
Unsuccessful enquiry records are generally retained for up to 24 months. Engagement records are normally held for seven years after completion where legal, tax, contractual or professional needs apply, then securely deleted or anonymised. We apply access controls, secure transfer arrangements and proportionate technical and organisational safeguards; no method is risk-free.
Your rights
Subject to law, you may request access, correction or deletion; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or complain to South Africa’s Information Regulator. We may need to verify identity before acting and may retain information where law requires it.
